At Neo Development Group, construction has always been a part of my life. I’m Michael Romero, and my passion for building began early while working alongside my father, who has owned and operated a successful construction company for almost 40 years now. From those experiences, I gained not only technical expertise but also a deep respect for craftsmanship, integrity, and the value of doing things right the first time.

Before I became a GC I was an artist for 14 years. The amount of detail that I put into my work then is what I carry into building. Not only that but the same passion I had for art is why I love everything that has to do with interior design and how the finished product is going to look and feel.

My goal has always been to wow the viewer—to create something memorable. That philosophy will go for every single build that I am a part of. Everything thoughtfully designed and executed with precision.
